In this chapter we apply the vorticity redistribution method to flows over solid walls. We first compute axisymmetric flows over impulsively rotated circular cylinders in section 8.1. Next, we compute the more difficult case of an impulsively translated circular cylinder in section 8.2. Finally, we investigate the interaction of vortices with a solid wall is in section 8.3.
