Electrical and Computer Engineers

Jose Pacheco

JP Jose is a Senior in Electrical Engineering at Florida State University. As the Lead Electrical Engineer on the project, he helps with programming and hardware decisions to make sure the specifications are suitable for the application of the kiosk. His interests include automated systems and power and energy systems with the goal of eventually working in renewable energy. After graduation in May 2018, he will begin working for Rockwell Automation as a Domain Expert.

Jeffrey Tweedie

Mack Jeffrey is a senior at Florida State University studying computer engineering. As the Lead Computer Engineer, he helps make decisions regarding the hardware and software of the kiosk, including choosing computer specifications, the operating system and the programming language. Furthermore, he is in charge of developing the code and interfacing with the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering website. His interests include embedded systems and application programming. Upon graduation in December 2017, he will begin working at the Naval Sea Systems Command, in Panama City, Florida.

Industrial/Manufactoring Engineers

Jose Arita Vasquez

Chepey Jose Arita is a senior industrial engineer currently studying at Florida State University. As the Lead of the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer, his roles include data recollection, statistical analyses, assistance in equipment purchases, and overseeing group reports. His interests include optimization and using computer simulations to model operations of manufacturing and service enterprise systems. After graduation he intends on pursuing an employment that focuses on improving efficiency in the work area.

Guido De Souza Ottoni

Guido Guido is originally from Brazil and is in pursuit of a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering with a minor in Business at Florida State University. As the Financial Officer, he is responsible for allocating the budget and completing the purchasing necessary for the project. He is passionate about Operations Research and Business Management and he intends to pursue a Master of science in Industrial Engineering with specialization in Engineering Management.

Mechanical Engineers

Brian Baker

Brian Brian is a fifth year senior at Florida State University studying mechanical engineering. As Team Leader, his roles include delegating tasks and overlooking all deliverables presented to sponsors and advisers. His interests include thermal fluids and manufacturing. After graduation, he plans on entering the industrial workforce.

Adonis Costa

Adonis Adonis will be graduating in Mechanical Engineering. He is the Lead Design Engineer, managing the design aspects of the project and communicating goals with team members of the other disciplines for product design and purchasing. He also collaborates with project services and the school's machine shop to best implement and manufacture the team's kiosk assembly. Upon graduation Adonis intends to work in the automotive industry, building upon his co-op experiences at Toyota and his life-long interest in cars by focusing on dynamics and integrated engineering with design elements.

Michigun Joseph

Michigun Michigun is a Mechanical Engineering senior and the team's Lead Mechanical Engineer. His role is to guide the mechanical aspects of the this project such as the dynamics of the mounting system and the mechanical cooling of devices. Collaborates in the 3D modeling and research. His interests include mechatronics, energy, thermal fluids and project management. After graduation, Michigun plans to pursue engineering and project management in one of his areas of interest to start his career.
