Meet the Team

Matthew Boebinger: Project Leader
Matthew is a senior mechanical engineering student that is specializing in mechanics and materials engineering at Florida State University. After graduating in Spring 2015 with his Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering, he plans on attending graduate school to pursue a Masters degree and then hopefully a Doctoral degree in materials engineering. Once he has obtained these degrees, he plans on working in a Research Laboratory, at a University, or a Research and Development department in a company.

Kahasim Brown
Kahasim is a Mechanical Engineer with a minor in Business Administration. The mechanical engineering degree specializes in thermal fluid and aerospace sciences. His previous internships were Damayan Org. and Raw Republic. Damayan Org. is a community organization funded by Florida State University and Raw Republic is a famous microjuicery in the Miami area. After graduating he plans on receiving his professional engineering degree and starting a business hosted in his hometown.

Anthony Ciciarelli
Anthony is a senior mechanical engineering student with a focus in thermal fluids at Florida State University. He will graduate in the spring 2015 semester with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation he plans on pursuing a full time job in the industry and eventually return to school to receive his MBA. After five years in the industry he also plans on obtaining a professional engineering license.

Janet Massengale
Janet is a senior mechanical engineering student specializing in thermal fluid sciences. This is her second year as the treasurer of the FAMU-FSU student section of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. She is also the webmaster for the Society of Women Engineers and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Her current internship is with Yates Construction at the Georgia Pacific pulp mill in Florida.
