Welcome to the 2012/2013 CISCOR
Autonomous Ground Vehicle webpage. The purpose of this project is to retrofit a
2012 Polaris Sportsman 550 All-Terrain Vehicle to be capable of unmanned
autonomous movement. This project is sponsored by The Center for Intelligent
Systems, Controls, and Robotics (CISCOR). Upon completion, this project will
serve as an off road autonomous ground vehicle for the purpose of autonomous
research and development for CISCOR. Furthermore, this design group is tasked
with designing, manufacturing and mounting multiple sensors and onboard
computers to the vehicle. This project is tentatively named GOLIATH (GAS
OPERATED LAND INTELLIGENT ALL TERRIAN HUB).
