Below is a sketch of how a formulae sheet for exam 1 might look. Not to be copied, just to give you some idea. Accuracy and completeness doubtful. You sheet might have more or less info depending on what you feel comfortable with or not being able to do at the exam.
In any case, remember: 11 x 8.5 inch single sheet formula sheet with handwritten info on it only. Handwritten by you.
No glued-on stuff. No xerox copies or print-outs of anything, handwritten or not.
