Capable of carrying an 8.8lb payload to an altitude of 10,000ft. The rocket is a state of the art machine created at as low a cost as possible.
ESRA Competition
The Experimental Sounding Rocketry Association hosts a yearly Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition. Team 24 will be entering the basic category with the intent to take first place.
FAMU-FSU College Of Engineering
All members of this team are senior mechanical engineering students at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. It is the hope of Team 24 that participation in this competition with foster new enthusiasm for rocketry at our university.
