The purpose of this page is to display public information pertaining to the
development, design, and implementation of the electronic Synthetic Active Aperture
Radar (SAR) Imager system. This website displays information about each of the
eight team members, the department advisors, the general overview of the project, all technical
documents and reports generated throughout the duration of the project, and
reference materials such as meeting minutes, the code of conduct, and the department
syllabus. This website will be updated on a regular basis.
This project is sponsored by Northrop Grumman, an industry leader in global security and cutting edge technology. The electronic SAR Imager project was made possible by the generous financial contributions as well as technology resources given to the FAMU Foundation from Northrop Grumman. The students in this project are from the Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering departments representing both Florida A & M University and Florida State University.
