2. Project Objectives/tasks
Breakdown: As stated in an e-mail from our sponsor: “NASA has an existing Martian Lander with several technologies on the deck. The Lander will generate power via a hydrogen fuel cell. This power needs to be transferred to excavators on the surface to charge batteries aboard excavators.” |

3. What was
accomplished the last two weeks on individual tasks- representative
supporting data/ documents Following the Staff Meeting two weeks ago, the team had a conference call with Michael Solomon and established communication. After several days and several phone calls, communication was established with Ivan Townsend. The team had a conference call with him and was able to begin work with more specific data in mind. (Entire Team) The team worked together to complete the Project Plans and Product Spec. (Entire Team). The team website was completed and uploaded. (Itiel and Tyler). |

4. Summary of
problems encountered and actions taken (and by whom) There were not many problems encountered these past two weeks, although the short time lapse between our initial sponsor contact and the Project Plan and Product Spec due date was too small. We asked for an extension. This was long enough to get on schedule. (Entire Team) |
