SESEC: RETROFIT HOT WATER HEATER
Sustainable development" is the challenge of meeting human needs for natural resources, industrial products, energy, food, transportation, shelter, and effective waste management while conserving and protecting environmental quality and the natural resource base essential for future development.
Purpose
The idea is to be able to use an existing (common) hot water heater and retrofit it to be heated using heat from an AC Unit (develop heat pump that can simulate same effective rate as a hot water heater).
The ultimate goal is to design something that uses commercially available components and is DO-IT-Yourself.
Little experience is needed for installation, and takes just a few hours.
This should reduce water heating costs in homes.
