• Preparation for the meeting with Customer
• The team focused on completing as much of the concept deliverable as possible in order to be as informed as possible for the meeting.
• The team discussed the attributes to be graded and the weight that they should be assigned in the total design according to outside research, internal research, and the needs specified by the customer.
• There was substantial amounts of discussion and convincing involved in this part and all members were very involved and passionate about there own choice

Deliverables:

• Concept screening
• Concept scoring

Comments/Suggestions:

• After meeting with the customer, the attributes that were scored and weighed might change or change in weight for the total design
• This could change the outcome for the superior design
