Discussions:

• Final decisions had been made on most of the materials that do not need to be manufactured or there still aren’t budget concerns over
• The group got together to call businesses and prepare purchase orders in order to order the McMaster-Carr raw materials and the Tiny Pager Motor from Solarbotics
• The group also met together in order to revise the gantt chart and reestablish where we are in the project
• We decided to meet once more before the Thanksgiving holiday in order to get prepared for the final paper and presentation and decided that we will have to have work get done over the break to have time to edit and collaborate the pieces

Deliverables:

• Purchase orders filled out and turned into the ME Office

Comments/Suggestions:

• We are working at a good pace but will have to work extra hard to not fall behind during the Thanksgiving break and the week after due to the huge amount of work in other classes for the members, hence meeting 3 weeks in advance for the final presentation for the fall.
